Vladimir Lenin
Vladimir Lenin agreed to the treaty of Brest-Litvosk, and he was the founder of Russian Communism. He established leadership under council of peoples commissars. The 3 main Bolshevik leaders were Lenin, Stalin, and Trotsky. Lenin redistributed land, nationalized banks, confiscated private accounts, foreign trade became state monopoly, and all opposition groups became illegal, including the Mensheviks.
