President Woodrow wilson led the American delegation, and he also wrote a list known as the 14 points. his idea was that he wanted to rebuild Germany on democratic lines, and he wanted self determination for many European countries. Woodrow Wilson was also the most lenient towards Germany of the "Big 3," he was the only president who wanted Germany to be able to govern itself.
