The Beer Hall Putsch (Munich Putsch) And Mein Kampf
The Beer Hall Putsch happened in 1925, and it was an attempt to overthrow the government after protesting the French occupation of the Ruhr. Its intent was that it would be much like Mussolini's march on rome, but in the end it failed. Both Hitler and General Ludendorff were arrested and sent to Landsberg Prison. While Hitler was in prison for 5 years he wrote a book called 'Mein Kampf' (My Struggle) with the help of Rudolf Hess. His book outlined the future of Nazism including lebensraum, anti seminsm and anti communism. This was the rise of the Aryan race.
